Thread: Does anybody remember the words of this little bothan that gives you the RIS shematic?

"I suspected you would agree to my terms. Let's get started. I'm going to teach you how to construct my masterpiece invention: R.I.S armor. This armor has no equal in battle. Everything else is junk compared to this! Of course, it is exceedingly difficult to create, especially for a fledgling armorsmith such as you. But, no matter. We'll take it slow so you can comprehend. Are you with me so far?"
I hoped it would become true with the CU... of course i didn't expect RIS to be much better than normal armors, but 10 - 20%better protection? That wouldn't imbalance anything, people wouldn't even realize the difference! 
My idea would be to make RIS segments experimentable(but without the possibility to put layers in them)and add their protection to the normal battle armor core's protection. What do you think?
