Ok, looked high and low and cannot find where to get this schematic.... where you get it from?

Any help please would be appreciated.

I heard Talus Imp outpost, no luck there even though there is a guy suppose to be there that isn't.

No the quest is on dant at imp outpost ..not hard at all if you can keep npc's from aggro on you. I just stayed a distance away and did /converse and that worked.

I have 2 characters on the same server, i was able to do the whole quest with one, but on my second char i return after the third mission and he tells me i dont have what he needs, i did the exact same thing i did with my last char. Ive even tried dragging the disk onto him and conversing, still nothing, anyone else have this problem?
