does ris experment like composite or like ubese, ie putting points into effect, only increase base effect and not speical effect%

Really??? Have you ever tried to get the condition higher or HAM lower on the final combine of composite?
Why does the resist raise when you put a point into durability? (On comp)
I wish I had an answer for the original question...I just don't want wrong info to get out. Obviously, the above post doesn't have the answer.

RIS works like ubese. Comp is wierd as a result of a heck the DEV's used early on. Basicly there was a problem with the elec resist on comp not going up correctly when layers were used, so they hacked it so the comp special resists went up with the base.
