The subject says everything, but here are my questions :
1) Protection cap is 10k. Does it include Armor E protection and PSG E protection ? (Armor 7600 + PSG 2000 = 9600 ?)
1) Protection cap is 10k. Does it include Armor E protection and PSG E protection ? (Armor 7600 + PSG 2000 = 9600 ?)
2) If not, is the PSG protection above this protection cap 10k ?
3) If I have armor with 8200 E protection and PSG 2400 E protection = 10600. Is it overcaped or not ?
Thanks for your answers.

I think they are separate armor and they are not calculated as one like force armor + innate.

I cannot find the post now, but someone recently did some testing and it appeared to them that the resists were added together. The amount of damage being blocked was consistent with 10K resists. If that is the case and you had 8100 energy armor, why would you want a PSG with higher that 1900 energy resist? Because that PSG is only going to be at 1900 for the first shot it takes, and then the resists will start dropping. It's nice to have the extra cushion provided by 2300+ PSGs.
