me and a guildie have been working on a small, one off project- to raise some cash, just finished so thought i'd share there picture! it took 3 days to loot and 2 days for factories and now soon to be a little richer

Holy crap!That's a lot of RIS armor. Speaking as an armorsmith, I'm glad you aren't on Corbantis. But good job on the armor--hope it sells well for you.

Hi,

Im an AS with only a CA +11 armor experimentation, is needed a +20 (12 points) for get cap on a RIS armor (RIS and others) ??

No, you dont need to be +12.
The only differende is the condition that gets better with +2 AS
