I have seens some armor that has stripes or i think a few other patterns. When i recently had some armor made i saw there was a box for some to change how it looked. Where do these kits come form? Is it a loot drop schematic?

Im not sure what's it's called, but I know it exists. The guy was logged in to his character but on my pc. He made me some Marauder armor, and some boxes had like Feather some thing appearence, and something else. That's what I was wondering about. What are those things? Just start crafting some Marauder chest armor and looks at the optional boxes.

Now look what you've done, you've irritated Natalya.

Be careful of what you say you know. There are no armor coloring or customization kits in the game. How do we know? We're the gol dang armorsmiths! And we've been asking for them in one form or another for a year and a half.

There ARE slots for optional components available when crafting armor. Though two of these components are called appearance enhancers, they are only for components that add a health bonus (which is currently broken, btw). They do not affect the look or the color of the armor in any way. Believe me, I've used them.

Different armor may appear to have stripes or patterns but these are unique to the particular armor. For example, the shoulder pads on marauder armor can be striped. The feathers on wookiee hunting armor can have two different colors, but an armorsmith didn't add the feathers; they are part of the armor.
