I am novice CM, what should what strategy is there to get to Master CM....should I make ranged stims? regular stims?

One technique that works well (but other medics will hate you for it) is to get ahold of some area stims. Head out to a heavily populated cantina and watch the xp roll in. Be advised though, other medics may dislike you for it. Another option is to get a big hunting group together and heal away.

You can also get area poisons and poisoning lots of small mobs outside of a city, among other ways. There are a few good way to level medic, among other useful information, listed in the FAQ.

I have 3 krayt tissues 98 max dmg, was thinking a DE-10... any input?

Yeah I think he was pretty spot on... maybe a little higher, depending on how good your barrel is, ylw barrels vary greatly. I used .75 tissues and cameout with a 346 max before slicing so that would put you about right.

I suppose you're asking what you should grind to master? Man, it's an ugly situation right now. They took out armor upgrade kits so you're going to burn a lot of resources for little xp. Grinding segments (doesn't matter which) and then ubese shirts seems to be what is commonly recommended. Good luck.
