As there are no stats on R.I.S. segments... do the quality of the resources matter?

Stats for the segments do not matter. What matters are the resources you use in your Battle armor cores, and the final combine of Talusian Fiberplast and Chromium Aluminum (which count towards the condition). Hope that helps!

Stats used to matter on RIS segs pre-CU, but they no longer do.

I'm a little new to R.I.S. but I can say that based on the components used in R.I.S..... I have been unwilling to test it. lol
