Is this even possible? I've seen sets that are on display that are 6246 in ALL resists.. How can I do this?

impossible in the current system, cap is at 6k and if you layer it you will just take stats from some other protection

....It's sliced under the old system.. Raised effictiveness = raised Encumberance.

If the encumbrances are over 40%, then it was crafted post-CU and sliced prior to the last patch probably.

These are pre-pub 19 sliced Armors. Since higher base protection reduced decay and the new slices are all BS i consider these armors very valuable. All Armor with stats above 6000 base will skyrocket in price soon.
