Hey guys,
I've just returned to the game and my 20 crates of composit is borked :/ Some of the pieces have no stats (as mentioned in the sticky I looked at)
My question is:
Has anyone gotten this fixed by submitting a ticket? I really try not to bother the CSRs if at all possible but these are non sellable as it stands. 5333 base + stun composit on the ones that still have stats.

Basically that is as good as they will convert. Even 90% base pieces converted very poorly. You'll need to make new armor to have anything of value post CU.

Nah I think what he means is some dont have any stats at all. Which is a bug. I've got some pre-cu composite segments that still list the resists in the old way (percentages etc). And the post CU schems wont recognize them as valid components. Think i'll try dropping a ticket on em. But I doubt anything will get done. They wont do anything about the layers for example.

Some people were getting compenstated their resources back for useless layers, so you might have a shot at something like that. I hear the results were mixed and basically depended on if the CSR cared or not.

I might have misunderstood your post, but in addition to what was said above, Stun damage does not exist anymore.

I didn;t bother with gettiing reimbursed (should have, but I deleted everything before I thought to try), but in other CSR dealings I have found that you will eventually get at least met halfway if you remain polite and refile the ticket a time or two after the initial denile.
