Being a relatively new AS, I haven't experienced this before, don't know how common it is. I geared up for my first big run of Ubese capped unlayered(big for me is 50 suits), I load my factories last night, come back today, set up my inventory to bag all of it and label it. And my boots are white, my jackets are beige, my helms tan, all else black as I wanted it, now I'm as an@l as it gets when it comes to making something, I know they were black when I put em in...any recourse for this, I've never had a ticket answered by a csr that i put in to date...so I figured I'm out of luck.

sorry if this is rantinsh, but I'm quite frustrated right now, who will buy this....

A known bug. It's been with us (and tailors) since Publish 18. No word on a fix or really any acknowledgement ofthe problem that I'm aware of.

No apologies necesary as its the DEVs that screwed this up in the first place. Sorry to say this but the bug's been there since pub 18 screwing every smith in every galaxy over with it. Long story short and feel free to take a look at the bug thread but basically after you make the schematic with anything other than pure default colors (some even this doesnt work ie padded armor) and the factory freaks out and gives certain pieces a random color.
*note* see the "blixtev (DEV) customer service cert in craqcker jack box" thread for the current frustration level to date.....

I've been pondering doing the Macarena naked on the Corr forum for attention. Not sure if it'd work or not.

Depends on which way you're facing when you do it.
