This varies depending on how the GCW is going on the world you buy the schematics from.

If you have no modifier (your side is even or losing) then it will cost about 25,000 faction points for a full set of 10 use factional schematics. Basically thats 6K for a 10 use chest schem, 3K for everything else but the boots/gloves (which dont give stats).

If you are buying the faction, you can expect to pay about 2 mil in faction costs to make 10 full sets of one type of armor. Which is why you wont see factional armor for under about a mil per full suit.
