I want information people! there are so many rumors, what is the truth???
is all or some of the current armor going to be deleted (someone told me it will be)? or is it going to be downgraded? does anyone know?
when is this thing going to happen? (publish 9? 10? 11?)
what are the facts that we know so far?

There are no facts - everything is conjecture and rumour. All we know is that in the Combat Balance (scheduled for Pub 10) they are revamping pretty much everything to do with combat to "balance" PCs with the rest of the game.
