yes, but did they make it out of 30% bh armor? maybe try again with some better loot armor (you know it goes up to 90% right?) i bet you if you used a 90% bh helmet you wouldn't come out with those poor stats.

What good is 90 resist armor if it doesnt have stun or electricity?

Like it was posted here, it will be interesting to see how much the base BH armor stats count. After we get another few pieces, Im sure we'll get a clearer picture.

But jeez...talk about vulnerabilities. Stun and Lightsaber...exactly what are the mandalorians famed for hunting...gnorts?
