Is this option for pre cu RIS only? I know that you could refit pre-cu armor, but I thought you could reclaim the RIS segment regardless of post or pre cu. I have the zero condition helm in my inventory, the radial dial does not come up with a reclaim option, I'm afraid to destroy. Thanks for the help.
