Crafting Adv. Battle Armor, Should I use 1, 2, 3.. points at a time? Or does it matter?

Also wondering if it actually helps in this stage to use bespin port, or is it a waste?

Thank you

Good question. In the past there has been much debate over how to use the points. You show know that each time you experiment, you increase the complexity of the item. If you are making a schematic, this can greatly increase factory times as the complexity of an item determines how long it will take the factory to make one.

Before the CU, experimentation could be very subtle and how you used your points was one thing you had to consider. But that has changed now and I'm not aware of any reason you shouldn't dump as many points into the experiment as you can. In most cases, all you're trying to do is fill one line. Note that if you put points into more than one line at a time, there is supposedly a greater chance of "something bad" happening (you'll see a purple bar and a percentage appear in the lower right box). I've never paid much attention to it.
