Thread: Wierd happenings with layers.

Well i just made two primus layer schematics and as usually the exprimentation didnt show up but it normally it converts on the end product after its been expirmented on. This time it never changed at all. i tried makeing a prototype and it did the same thing i ended up with a primus layer that was

no freaking idea why this just happened. Is this new?


this was the first time ive made them sense the july 27th publish anyone else haveing this?

No, very old. It's just a display bug. When you use the layers, you will have the correct values. It's annoying and they are aware of it (they made a point saying they haven't fixed it yet). Hopefully they'll figure it out soon. Read our bug thread in the stickies for a little bit more info about it.

ok i knew abou tthis bug but ive just never had it not convert in the final product i hate not knowing what im dealing with.

Sorry, I didn't really read your post before posting! You get so many of these posts of people unaware that you find yourself assuming....I haven't made any layers and just going off what was in the bug thread, so now I'm not too sure. It's still just a display bug, but I'm not sure how long before the bug actually fixes itself....maybe someone else can help him out!

its prolly just a variation of the same bug ive prolly just been lucky it hadnt done this to me on final assembly after expirementation. but no problem i know what you mean by assuming hehe.

You did get the option to experiment, right? Or did it go from the resource selection screen to the prototype/schematic box?

Folks are finding that crafting stations are requiring us to stand closer to them to get the experiment screen. I've starting crafting and blown through five or six pieces before I realized I wasn't experimenting them (post CU crafting gets a bit monotonous ).
