I haven't been to him yet, but I pulled this waypoint off the forums a while back. He's on Dant (-6806, 6032).

yeah just head to the reb base on dant and youll find him on the hills in a cottage, will see him if you bring up the map ctrl-m

The quest starts on Dantooine (-6800 6020) near the Abandoned Rebel Base POI.
