why they suck so much?i just tried to craft compo gloves with a krayt compo segment 10%, and they came out 45% base..are they useless or i'm doing something wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. 10% base is real low when everyone can pretty much make 30%+. The krayt segments do provide low HAM and high condition though, which makes for good AA holders.

ive made 70-75% base krayt comp with the loot before. they were 38% iirc

i made two chests out of 45% segments. thats 80% on all at a very low ham.
a bad eff slice brings 90% and if its only an enc slice you still have a very very nice low ham part.

Is there any use to these ?? They have no stats or anything ?

They are echoes of the pre CU loot tables that reappeared a few publishes ago. There's no way to use them in crafting anymore. Trash 'em.
