Ok there are a few ways to make it, and this is one way with minimal resources. It is a battle cored armor and this will represent it with just one primus layer

so we will need 33 primus layers
825 nutronium steel
462 polymer
462 gravitonic fiberplast
528 vintrium extrusive ore
396 perovskitic aluminum

ok now we have 33 primus layers to make 33 segments
33 primus layers
330 steel
165 aluminum
495 wooly hide

ok now we have 33 battle segs to make 11 battle cores
33 battle segs
495 nabooian bristly hide
495 correllian fiberplast
495 extrusive ore
440 phrik aluminum
440 beyrillus copper
385 amorphous gemstone

ok now we have 11 battle cores

now for the RIS segments, we will need 9
675 titanium aluminum
675 chanlon intrusive ore
450 rori fiberplast
9 woolamander harrower bones
9 gurk king hides
9 Giant dune Kimo scales

ok now we have 9 RIS segs and 11 battle cores

so for the final combine of the suit we will need
9 RIS segments
11 Battle Cores
275 talusian fiberplast
250 chromium aluminum
9 synthetic cloth
9 reinforced fiber

This is just one way to make it, and probably the simplest, you could get into different layers which would require different resources.

very much so, thank you. will this yield the best result on the armor, or is it the easiest to make? also, what is meant by layered RIS?

egoe has given you a full listing for the resources the armorsmith needs. My suggestion is to:

1. find an armorsmith on your server who already makes RIS, they will then have most of this stuff. Try a post on your trade forums

2. check with your choice of armorsmith to see if they can make the battle armor stats you require, primus layered, energy layered etc, my guess is they will be able to if they are RIS certed but that not always the case, there seems to be a new breed of "get rich quick smiths"who just make RIS and faction and their stats are not always very good.

3. ask you choice of armorsmith what the price per peice will be if you supply the loot components. I personally charge 100-150k per piece depending on layering if the customer supplies the loot but price is server dependent of course.

4. go out and either buy or loot the following items, use Jedispams RIS faq on this forum, see "read before posting a question" at top of forum to give you info on where to find these items if you want to loot them, or use vendor serach on bazaar to buy them.

5. Take these items to your armorsmith and he/seh will make you some RIS on the colours you have asked for.

I have said 7 of each loot and personally I think it is a waste to make RIS boots and gloves as they have no sockets. My recommendation is to wear 4 socket clothing boots and gloves made by a tailor in the colours you want so you can have somewhere for your clothing attachments. I guess it is up to the customer.
