You can't make AUKs anymore. They were removed with the Publish 20 slicing changes. The cheapest way to grind up to 3000 AS (where you get ubese shirts) is to just make three segments, then one core, then a bracer. You can't macro this so it's slow. Once you hit 3000, you can switch to macroing ubese shirts, which are the last schematic under armor on your crafting tool.

If you've got lots of grind resources, you could just do factory runs of recon cores and then grind mabari chest plates. This is the fastest way to grind but also the most expensive.
