Is it possible to get 8000 energy resist on marauder recon armor? Cant I get some tissues or something?

So sad to see this go out the window. Guess it's back to WOW for me.

Yes, its possible to hit 8K on recon armor. My Ubese and Scout armor hit 8133ene...using 4 energy layers. Kinetic came out to 3982 or 4300+, can't remember, and base at 6K.

he was asking about Marauder, Battle armor. Yes you're right recon and Assault you can hit 8000, on Battle the answer is still no

-edit- at second glance he referenced marauder "Recon", my bad for getting confused since Marauder recon is not in game at this point. Saw "Marauder" and went with it from there

???? Havent I seen Marauder recon on vendors???? I even remember checking if it was recon knowing that Marauder comes in different flavors. Maybe i'm just going crazy. Thanks for your replies guys I know a bit more about this now. Dont know how you armor smiths do it with all the different components and all.

nope you are not crazy. you did see marauder recon on a vendor i am sure but this was not crafted armor. it is quest armor i think. i have a suit of it but i bought it way before the CU. it just cant be crafted yet in game thats all.
