Thread: When doing unlayered Cores, do you..

If I am going to make some unlayered Comp, do you suggest still using Adv. Battle Cores, or does lower level ones work just as well.

advanced are always best, basic uses 1 segment, std 2 segments, and advanced 3 segments. The more segments the more protection, however the higher the lvl of core (basic, std, adv) the higher the hindrences as well

As a rule i tend to use ASSAULT cores for ASSAULT Armour.
I take it you do mean Comp = Composite

I once managed to shoehorn a battle core into an assault schematic, was a struggle, but using my max damage powerhammer it went in. Funnily enough, after crafting it was called "Bassault". I did a factory run and sold it as my "Hot Lava" range ![]()
