Ok, I'm curious. Using only Electrical layers that are highest base, lowest HAM possible, what would the final comp armor come out to be(roughly speaking.) Basically, if I use all layers with what, 13%base, what would my base be on the final peices?
I'm just trying to guage if it's worth it to make non specialized armor and let the slicing get the other resists over 80 as opposed to making 80 Kin/Ele suits. If base can get over 70% it would be worth it. I still have yet to sit down and play with anything other than gloves.

I make 70% base electric layer. It's easily sliceable to 90% base and those suits sells quickly. But people are still shying away from the Encumbrance sliced pieces. Not sure why people are still making Ubese when the Enc sliced pieces makes a decent replacement.

I beleive it is because ubese has the reputaion of being a good PvE suit, so they just buy that up because they are familiar with it. Try marketing the armor by giving a suit or three to some of your regular customers and ask them to test it out and see how it turns out.
This way, you get word of mouth advertising and returning customers for it

Hi,
I have also made triple electric layer and my base was also 70% and sliceable up to 90%. What I found worked even better was two electric layers and one 4% Stun Layer still had 70% base but removed the Stun vulnerability. Best of luck to you all!!
