Well...really only 1 fear/concern
Is there a reason to be concerned that with the Combat Balance (and armor adjustments) that my hard work in completeing an RIS suit now will be ignored and my armor null-in-void once the Armor Resist Adjustments go into effect?
I want to have mine made, I am overly anxious. I'm just basically unsure of what will be done to exisiting armor when the changes happen?
Thanks for your assistance.

Don't let anyone lie to you:
The truth is, no one knows.
It IS very likely they will leave old armor alone and let it decay into nothingness, and have all new armor use the new rules, but keep this in mind: If the devs do something to make legendary armor last a lot longer than normal armor (which they SHOULD), AND it is NOT retroactive, then you essentially have an RIS suit that is going to be gone in a week to a month, depending on how active a combatant you are.
My suggestion is to resist the urge to have it made until after the combat balance. Then at least you know for sure. Better than guessing wrong.

Even though we don't know what will happen with armor post combat balance, we do know that it will be tested. During that testing time, things will get tweeked, but not so much that you don't have a good idea of where things are going. So you do get about 2 weeks to figure out if you should have the armor made before the patch or after the patch.
Also a note about pre-nerf armor post CB. They are going to nerf doctor buffs, no one knows for sureby how much. However it most likely will be enough that all the high resist, high ham cost armor will be next to useless then due to those ham costs. Decay on armor is also fast enough that the prenerf armor won't be a big deal. They could very well leave old armor as is.
We do know armor is changing and only a few people know what the current plan is, and they aren't talking. If they don't nerf pre CB armor, then that armor made in those two weeks of testing may be the best armor out there since the number for ham cost will be known. The right balance between ham and protection can be done then before it gets nerfed.
I don't really see them improving RIS all that much, if at all. I also don't see them nerfing it. RIS came out after the animal nerf and the failed attempt at a CB back in Dec. So I am guessing its stats were made with the CB in mind and will not be change in any big ways.
