I just purchased some 35% base Exceptional Bone armor segments. Assuming good resources, what can I expect the armor to come out as? If it's anything like Comp armor... would it come out as 70%+ base?

It will probably be more like 45% base. Make a bone armor segment yourself and note its base value. Then, make a piece of armor with it. The difference between the armor base and the segment base will be what you can expect to add to your exceptional segment base when you craft with it.

Example - You craft a 4% base segment, and the final armor piece comes out 12% base. That means you can expect to add 8% to your exceptional segment base.

regardless of what it comes out (wont be 70% base, prob more like 50) it will only have around 9k condition
