just read froma RIS quest guide that you need one for the quest to get certed, cant find the schems for one or any on the bazar. where and how can i get hold of one?

You get the schematic during the quest.

You'll also need to get yourself a Peko Peko feather to make this.

Master Artisan, 12pt Master Weaponsmith, 12pt Master Armorsmith. R.I.S Certified, Rebel Faction Armor

thanks for the replies, sorted it out now, only need to get a couple more of the resources and the WP to where it starts now
