sorry if this has been answered already, the search isnt working.

but can an armor smith repair armor parts to near full condition without the risk of the item breaking?

Nope, sorry.... our repair abilities are no better than yours. Best thing to do, repair it before it gets to the halfway mar with a near perfect repair tool (ie 98-99% qual), make sure you have your BF to zero and all wounds healed. Also might help to have an entertainer's inspiration buff too, but not sure. It cant hurt at least

not sure about now, but a while ago it didnt matter if the person was a AS or not, AS's an non AS's would have the same chance an repairing somthin, all depends on the armor repair kit and if u have and clothing that has a + to repair
