This is just one of the many PSG bugs... most likely you're suffering from the bug that turns a PSG off after you cross a server boundary, but it will still be on in your backpack. The only way to fix this is to only equip the PSG immediately before combat.
PSG stat shifts also happen across server boundaries, and it's possible your stats shifted and left you vulnerable to the damage you once knew it protected you against...

This is my one of many psgs that does not work. I am bugged or something? I bought lots of psgs and when I use them in combat, I dont see a prevention msg and the condition is always max. I used different type psgs from different crafters. Can any of you explain whats happening?

Unequip and reequip before fights, its retarded, but thats this game in a nutshell. Jaato any word on getting that bug fixed?

This might be another thing that's fixed by the change to fix the shifting vulnerabilities. I'll see if I can reproduce it at all on test. This bug is really hard to test by myself, though, since it only appears for a few people and even then appears intermittantly. We may have to wait until Publish 8 goes live to see if it is fixed by the new code.

If you want a hand testing it send an email to Kiveryn on TC... I'm only at UA 4 level atm,
but if I can be of any assistance I'll give it a shot.

I am still not convinced that psg's work at all, the condition goes down and that's the only proof it works. It's an armour item right? I get to see my armour take some damage away in my combat pane, what about the psg?

If it's blocking damage, it will display that the PSG blocked damage in the combat window. The fact that it's taking damage is a pretty good indication that it's working as well. Unless of course there's a new bug....say it takes damage but doesn't protect. And you thought the stat shift was bad.

The stat shift is bad enough, and not displaying the damage it prevents in most cases is nearly as bad.
*#$%&@* stupid devs, sort this out.

I noticed it's fixed, thankyou, I'd still like some proof it works tho, that would be nice.

Made some MK.3's the other day and a strange thing is happening. They charge up when equipped and even divert some damage. However, once unequipped and reequipped the stats go to 0. Can anyone explain this to me. If this is a one time use item, why the hell does it have condition? Or is it on the long list of current bugs?
