Thread: Strange and annoying bug
It happens becuase your last point is going into base and not into HAM. basically, it will calculate your base correctly, but your special protections will always be one step behind. if you put your last point(s) into ham instead, the kinetic resists will show up correctly upon the last experimentation simply because you are not modifying the base again.
Basically, your kinetic should show up as 80%, but the system lags one step behind in showing you it. you can normally just look at the difference between kinetic and base before you start experimenting (say it's 10%). then when you finish experimenting on base, add 10% and you'll get your kineticvalue (even though base is 70% and kinetic says 77%, it'll really come out to 80% like it should). This is just a minor bug, and very easy to work around. if you do any HAM experimentation, save it for last, as your piece will correct itself so that you may name it correctly. otherwise, you can just add what you should get, and you're final piece will have it.
This is quite old, and has been happening since they "fixed" the elec. layers in composite, but it's such a minor deal that no one really cares ![]()
Hope I helped you figure it out some, and in the future you should be able to accuately label your pieces.
