yeah the quests should be right, except the RIS takes 2 GDK Scales now

Who to the what?
You need:
- 2 x GDK Scales
- 2 x Woolamander Bones
- 2 x Gurk King Hide
- 1 x Peko-Peko Feather

Yes,
You need 1 GDK scale to make the first segment, then another to make a second segment which goes into the boots.

No but first part of the quest is to make a segment, this segment requiers a GDK scale and you hand it over to the rodian and don't get it back. Next step is to make a RIS layer (which is the same as a feathered appearance enhancer, just another name sort of). And last step is to make a pair of boot, now these boots can only be made with a ris segment so you will have to make another one with a second GDK scale.
So first part of the quest you need 1 GDK scale, 1 woolamander harrower bonefragmet and 1 gurk hing hide. Second part you need 1 Peko-peko albatross feather and third (last) part you need another GDK scale, woolamander bonefrag and gurk hide.
