I am at present a Rebel Colonel I was thinking of changing to neutral faction. If I do this can other people buy faction armor schmatics and trade them to me? How would I craft Rebel and Imp Faction armor once I change factions to netural

You cannot trade faction schematics. When bought they go straight to your draft schem. list. You would have to temporarily join a faction, have someone delegate that faction to you, and then buy the schems yourself.

Ok someone in game told me that u have to be rebel or imp to craft it and that neutral factions can't craft it. Rebels can craft only rebel faction armor

You can only buy schematics from the faction you are currently a member of. You can craft the armro at any time if you already have the schematic. For instance, I went imperial for a few days to do a few quests. While I was Imperial, I was still able to craft rebel armor. I had purchased the Rebel schematics as a rebel.

Ill just /bump this up, i have recently /respecced to AS 
, but i cant buy any Imperial armor schematics from the recruiter? Can anyone explain to me how this is done?

Are they going to fix this factioned armor crap. I mean come on, one of the goals was supposed to be to make the game more star warsy. I still see very little Stormtroopers running around because the faction armor costs 1.5 million on my server (Wanderhome). Even regular armor is expensive, but 1.5 million seems like a hell of a lot of money. How is this making the game more star wars like. And you can't blame the AS's for the high prices, it costs them a lot to make these.

no, the price depends on the occupation of your faction on a planet (PvP bases, PvE bases, etc.) in comparison to the opposite faction

Just adding an obvious statement for the sake of thouroughness - you also must be a master AS in addition to being a combatant for the schematics to appear at the recruiter.

If you are a non-human Imperial, you also have to deal with the alien penalty.
