i restarted my computer and forgot to finish my question. it calls for armor padding from a crate, but i looked in my schematics and didn't see it. do as make it or some one else?

hunting (assault)
1) scaley 2) endorian deciduous 3) cloth 4) RFP
That's:
- Synthetic Cloth
- Reinforce Fiberplast Panel

You have to be 0/3/0/0 Tailor to make the padding or the schematic, but anybody can run a schematic once made. If you can find a Tailor willing to make some schematics, so much the better ... or the possibility of grinding Tailor, making tons of schematics (with required resources) and storing them also exists, though I don't know how practical that is.
