First off im not an armorsmith so i dont have a clue to crafting it. I want to have a suit of R.I.S made, and i was wondering what would i need to make it the best it can be?

I know its like 9 giant dune kimo scales, 9 woolamander harrower bones, 9 gurk king hides what else do i need?

Also what items are needed to get the highest health bonus possible for a suit?
