I seen a weapon yesterday that does blast damage what kind is that,is it covered by energy or kinectic or would this weapon shread armor?

It is a damge that is supposed to be removed from the game. It was in the game, but CU got rid of that and Stun damage. Certain weapon components are bugged and will have the weapon come out with blast damage, thus making it worthless.

Yep, completely and entirely worthless. Not even a CSR can fix it.

yes completely and entirely unfixable....

except if you log out with said weapon in your inventory, log back in 10min later and it will be fixed...
