1 -- im about to buy CA's so i can get up to +25 armor experimentation <-- am i doing the right thing?
2 -- also i see there are CA's with armor assembly.. should i buy so i have +25 of them too?
3 --CA's sometimes have more stats than im interested in... if i use 2 ca's with armor exp..do they stack ? or can i overwrite useless stats with the stats i want?

1) If you think the glass is half full, then yes. One day, the devs might actually make experimenting on armor interesting again.
2) Assembly does not cap at +25 (+125). What it can do for you is get you a better chance at an amazing assembly result, which combined with a few amazing experiments can save you a point or two of experimentation. Important for items with two or more lines of experimentation.
3) Two questions here. #1 Do the same mods on the same item stack? No. If you have, say, an item with +1 armor experimentation on it PLUS an open socket and you want to drop a +5 experimentation on it, the +5 replaces the +1 and the socket is filled. If you instead have +5 on the item and think you can make it a +6 by dropping a +1 tape on it, you'll simply loose the tape and the socket.
#2 what happens when a CA has more than one stat? Pre-CU, only one would stick. Post-CU all of them stick. That's why CAs with single skill mods on them are so valuable for crafters. If you want to drop experimentation, assembly and repair tapes on one piece of clothing, you'd be out of luck if each of those had multiple mods on each CA. Particularly since clothes (or armor) have a max of 4 sockets.
If a CA has 3 mods and you drop that tape on a 4 socket item, 3 of the sockets get used. If the item has less than 3 sockets, then the highest stat sticks. If 2 stats are tied, then they stick in alphabetical order. At least, that's what I've gathered from what I've read about post-CU SEAs (about 20 minutes of reading time total).
Then again, if you got tons of cash, occasionally someone will loot a +25 experimentation +25 assembly (insert other mod here) CA and will auction it off. Seriously. WS buddy of mine has one. Who knows? Maybe these sorts of loots happen once in a million DJM loots ... but they do happen. Just don't get your hopes up
