What are the requirements to be able to wear scout armor?

Well, you have to be imperial (obviously), and certed to wear recon armor. You will need 8200 faction points also to bio-link your armor the first time you wear it. That's pretty much it.

also don't forget you must be combatant or special forces to wear it.

nope
gotta be overt to equip it but you can go on leave after that and still wear the suit.

I'm curious, is that the same price to bio-link all faction armor?
I'm hoping to start making it soon, and I know people will want to know.

i still cant put it back on if im on leave. Its the same with wearing imp clothing and changing factions.
