Should be easy enough to test yourself. Have someone shoot you with an energy weapon with and without the PSG. They certainly should stack.

psg stack with armor ... and its very effective cause if u have 8k en armor and 2.5k shield its not just like 10.5k en armor (something over 60% protection) but like 2 separate armors(so over 80% protection) ....

after the widly accpted formula: 0.011R-(5*10^-7)*R^2
and the caps of 2400 for the PSG and 8200 for quad energy layered reconnaisance armor.
we have 23.52+56.58=80.1% mitigation. someone messed with the formula, Blix design meant 80% for sure

Actually the damage reduction is even greater than that. Adding the armor ratings together would work if both armors were hit with the same damage, but they aren't. The PSG takes the first hit, reducing the damage that the armor has to mitigate by 20 percent or more.

No, wrong. Show me your combat logs. I never had more mitigation than what the formula predicts in any tests.

too bad they last about 5 seconds before they need to recharge
mypsg are protecting many minutes in 1 vs 1 situations. The mitigated damage goes slighly down over time that is true.Starting with 240 absorbed from a 364 hits I still have229 from 364after 3 minutes. (that is combined armor+ psg)

No data. That's just the way it should work. Guess I shouldn't be surprised if it doesn't.

How can you tell the difference on pre-cu (the one you can adk) and the new psg's?

I don't think you can ADK either, but if it already has one it still works.

Ahhh ok. Minus the price of the adk what would be a guess on the price of one?
