for armorsmith grind only,and i think that would be said with any other prof where quality matters,you'd need some higher OQ to make anything good with it

Grind crap IMHO - SR is less than sterling though the OQ doesn't suck

no, the 320 OQ does in fact suck

Yeah it does. Personally I don't work with anything where OQ+SR<1600. Low standard, but I can get 80/76/67 Comp with it.

Wonderful. Thanks guys for all the help. Had someone needing some grind fiber and that was all i had at the moment and didnt want to throw away something that could be used by an AS. Great help
