Hey guys,

I thought I'd ask my fellow community a question. Now, do you guys believe SLICED Armor sells better? Id say yes, that is because well, people buy the armor, and right away get it sliced.

Now my question is, I made a run of about 50 or so helmets/cp/boots/gloves.I was thinking to either put it on my UNSLICED vendor, or get it all sliced..This question sounds stupid, but it's been bothering me for some time. Reason being, I like to have both vendors stocked, but I find it hard at time, and I am in a huge mix if I am staying AS.

I apreciate your help guys, and thanks.

I think it can sell better in the long run

I charge the same for encumbrance sliced as I would unsliced. I make my major profit off that 90% slice of protection (which is so rare even on a 70base). Those armor pieaces can sell for 100's k's. The hard part is that it is time consuming and hard to keep up with demand sometimes.

I sell full suits in packs unsliced and have 3 separate vendors one for encumbrance, one for protection and one for stun sliced en/pro together.]

sales workout better if you separate your armor. I cant stand the 1000 item vendors if you know what i mean?

Sure do, I have about 7 diffrent vendors (diffrent armor: Ubese, comp)

I got 2 sliced armor vendors (effect, and encum).

It just drives me crazy doing it, I GET TO MANY tells daily on it, and arg......................

2 vendors

1 is bulk armor and the 2nd is sliced and unsliced. Since you can tell if armor has been sliced now, I can have sliced and unsliced on the same vendor. Easy to tell the difference because one is higher than the other in price.

I make my money on the high eff sliced items and try to at least break even with the encum sliced armor. Hoping after the revamp, this will even out. People never buy the encum sliced stuff unless it's a 40%+.

Then again, I slice all my own stuff, so it's not as big of a pain. Can do it at any time without waiting on someone else to do it for me.

I agree with the point made further up.

I happen to slice all my own and for ages sold only sliced and sold very well no matter what the outcome of the slice.

Encumbrance sliced I sell at the same price as unsliced and make my credits up on the effectiveness sliced. I work a scale of the cost dependant on the base % after slice (cheapest being an encumbrance sliced or unsliced item of course).

I now sell full unsliced in backpacks as well. They sell ok and offer the unsliced if people want it.
