i just started to try and make some on sunrunner. i can make 55% kinetic special protection and 27% base without the advanced segments. i'm currently working on getting my materials for the advanced segments.

Padded (minus the helmet) is the best armor graphically in this game. The full color palette and the style of the armor is the best.

However, the resists vs the HAM just suck on ice.

I'm hoping beyond all hope that the /fanfare Combat Re-balance /endfanfare will make this artistically perfect armor worthwhile.

Well, basically, I think it's purtier.

However, how are the resists on a decent set on Sunrunner atm? Should I just skip padded altogether and go for a decent set of comp?

I'm a new BH, so I'm sure I'll need the various resists of comp, but I wouldn't mind tossing in some padded pieces if the resists don't blow.
