I went to three different vendors on different planets and bought three differend peko peko albatross feathers with different serial numbers, then crafted them all into feathered appearance enhancers using the same resources. What are the odds.....they all turned out to be +20..........
Just a thought.....
By the way, the resources I used were all high quality.....

They all craft out to +20 after yesterday's patch regardless of serial number or feather batch.
