Crated armour fix..some other tidbits as well.

I've just woken up, but I read it as "all your crated preCU armour will now pull with correct stats and will be convertable"

ah good, some more grind armor to put up on vendor

What about pre-CU layers? I have a couple thousand pre-CU kin layers all reading 0 stats. WS got their pre-CU components to actually be better than post-CU ones, why are ours turned to garbage?

Do I look like a community relations Rep to you? If you can read, you know as much as the rest of us.

Sorry, I am just bitter. I went from making armour as good as any other smith on my server to not even being able to make any armour because I didn't have the new resources.

I put in a ticket on my 0 stat layers. Took almost a week and a half total on response time, but CS did reimburse me for the layers. They asked for the layers to be put in a house and given the coords, then a list of what it would take to craft them again. I gave them a post-CURB list of resources as it would be impossible to craft them again using the old list, and a week and a half later, I got the reimbursed resources and a smile.

Wow, you are my hero and have given me hope. I am gonna gather all my layers into one house, make a list of what I would need to recraft them and file my ticket.

I wonder if I can get Stun or other extinct layers replaced with Primus Layer resources..... it is worth a try.

Don't know about Stun since I didn't have any of those, just kinetic and energy. But like you said, worth a try.

Any way to get them to fix segments? I haveseveral thousandpreCR 23% comp segments that came out at 750 (useless). These were master crafted segments that turned into crap once the CR hit. I could make segments over 900 before I even hit MAS post CU. If I could get these back up to where they should be (at least above 900) I'd be able to bleed them slowly into armor schems to save on cost overall. And they wouldn't have to be clogging up my space yacht anymore.

Doubtful. The conversion rates indeed were significantly less than anticipated. When told "good armor before CURB will be good armor after CURB" we expected aheck of a lotmore than we got, rightly so but that's neither here nor there. I honestly think this was more to due tothe layers used in the segment crafting process not converting right and thus borking the rest of the segment leaving you with less than you would have gotten if you'd crafted the stupid thing from scratch in the new system. But they did convert however crappily. Layers on the other hand didn't convert at all, which is why I think they are willing to assist with lost resources in an item that is completely useless. Low conversion segments still do something, even if it is really poor quality, 0 stat layers do absolutely nothing.

That's just my opinion tho.
