hello, thanks to all those who have helped me on my previous posts, this forum and its members have been very helpfuland a great resources for me, cheers

now with my next question, ive perfected battle and recon i now want to move to assault--- so, what should i be looking for the cap on assault segs? hide for both the segs and cores have proved very difficult to locate (im on farstar) i been able to get a nice amount from a good spawn recently of 750/750 oq and sr scaley for the segs, and they are coming out at about 920.

what dant wooly is everyone using for the cores? there doesnt seem to be any good spawns now or recently so considering using a resource deed, what should i choose?

Hi, you misunderstand, I only just hit the cap because there is no point doing anything else. I make the best segments I can and then use a core resource mix that delibrately just makes the cap.

If I used all my best core resources together I would be able to make cores with somethingover 5850 base but I would not then be taking full advantage of the 400 final combine adder and effectively wasting resources. Instead I use a reasonable dath fiberplast, good or average wooly, excellent or good gemstone, good or excellent copper. a range of irons and ores and mix them until I get a core around 5600-5630.

If you are making 920 segments then you could still hit the cap if you core resources were all very very good.

Hi again VadasZ,

I am on Farstar. My assault segments are coming out at 982. I use the following segment resources:

Steel Tribochreigiine Q 999 SR 988

Iron Peovem Q 941 SR 976

Polymer Edisis Q 990 SR 976

Scaley Hide Oacrew Q 988 SR 968 (Yavin Scaley Hide, also server best scaley)

My cores use a variety of resources to just reach the cap. I use three different dant wooly hides with different core resource mixes to conserve my hide stocks. Server best dant wooly is Aekkedeso. The 2nd and 3rd best I also use are Isle and Alceakau.

For Dath fiberplast I use Snedoo, and have a small amount of Vide (server best fiberplast, also Dathomir) stored away when my hide stocks run out and I have to use rubbish hide

I wouldn't spend a crate unless it meant you were going to reach the cap doing it. Without knowing the names of the segment and core resources you have to hand I don't know how far from the cap you are. I personally find the best use of crates are to get server best layer resources but I have the luxury of being in a position where I can reach the cap with my resources so that makes my opinion somewhat biased

Spending the crate on 30K of Oacrew would actually go quite a long way, enough for 6 segment runs and give you a 30x3 = 90 point increase over your 700sr,q hide.

If you decide to spend it on core resources then buying 30K of Vide Dath fiberplast ( Q 991 SR 985) would be better than 30K of Aekkedeso Dant Wooly (q 869 SR 966). This would give you enough for about 60 suits.
