So i made some Kinetic layers last night, and with 96% experimentation, i ended up with:
22 Kinetic
-23 Energy
0 base...
In the combine with 94% experimented layers, ended up with 1266 kinetic...
Is it just the display bug, or am i dumb?

LOL, it's a display bug.
When you run the layers through a factory, you should get correct stats.
