Thread: PSG's Vulnerable to Lightsabers

Was it only rumor that they wouldn't be or was it truly on test that they weren't? Was it deemed "too overpowering" to have ONE thing their precious Jedi could face with resists? Or is it being delayed for 2-3 months until the combat revamp?

Issue : PSG's are supposed to be the only armor that protects against the newley added damage type : Lightsaber.
Upon logging in today, PSG's in Inventory or on display in my house showLightsaber in the vulnerability Section, While PSG's on my Vendor show the resist in the proper place under base effectiveness.

Location : -1051, 187
Profession : Master Armorsmith, Master Artisan, Master Musician
Profession : Master Swordsman, Master Doctor
Side Note : I was also talking with my Jedi guildmate, and he can equip a PSG while wearing his new Robe. not sure if this is intended, but it is possible at this point.

Worse...
A PSG on the vendor shows as not vulnerable to lightsaber. But, if you buy it, as soon as it is in your inventory it IS vulnerable to lightsaber.

Looks like this is gonna be our new "top issue." hopefully the corrospondant can sticky this sometime soon.

might have to emtpy my Vendor and put all the broke ones in a bag tomorrow if they don't fix it

i just don't get it... a year into the game, a testcenter and they still manage to release blemished and broken patches that are unpopular to boot

PSGs that were pulled from a crate today had lightsaber protection. Those that were already out of crates did not.

yep i can confirm this.
however havent tried to craft any new ones in the factory to see if its only pre-patch crafted that this happens to.
