What are the available color ranges for Composite armor?

Will there be a greater range in color post-patch?

Or do you just suspect there will be?

yes there will be im assuming and you will have access to the full palette of colors without tailoring skill.

Speaking of colours, when are wookiees and trandoshens gonna get cut some good colours, i mean some bright person thought they'd put PINK in but no good colours.

with composite you only get the metalic pallet, so very limited colors even for master tailor now, so very limited for master armorsmith next week

I certainly don't think that patch is a fair one considering I'm a tailor who picked up armorsmith to be able to craft colored armor. They shouldn't change things like that midway.

This is probably a stupid question, but can Weaponsmiths customize their weapons by coloring them?

Short answer: NO.

It would be nice.

One small thing you can do is choose a differnt look on some parts, like the barrel and scope. In this manner you can make a part, or in the case of the DL44, a full silver pistol.

I think you did answer it! One other question though, what pallet of colors does it use? (I assume it is the metallic)

There is no pallet.

You get a choice of 6 different looking barrels and scopes (each made seperately) and one of the choices is a metalic barrel/scope.

Kind of hard to explain until you see it. But you just have a pull down window, where you just choose one of the six.

what si being referred to tehre is the DL44 Metal pistol, which looks like a regular DL44 pistol, only the body is in shiny silver. When choosing a look for your blaster pistol barrels and scopes, there's also a silver barrel and a silver scope, so you have the option of a DL44 with a black barrel and a black scope, or with silver barrel and scope.

but it'd be nice if the art team let us, oh idunno. make non-black weapons and apply tints to the metal bodies, or apply matte camo patterns, or whatever. (as long as i'm wishing, i'd also like to see more customizability in graphics for melee weapons.)
