Thread: Is it possible to get 90% kinetic with 38% or higher stun?

I've been making some armor for the sole purpose of reaching 90% kinetic and i've been using heat layers to get a 70% base. I'm not familiar with stun armor because I never ended up with any of the good stun resources on my server and i'm pretty lazy about harvesting lately.

Just wondering if it's possible. thanks!

you can get 70% base with 38% stun if your server has good enough resources. So it is quite possible, although very hard to do, and would be worth a bundle and a half if you did.

It depends on your resources, but it's certainly possible. If you can hit 68 base, you have a shot at 90% with a 33% or better effectiveness slice. On chilly I can hit 67/40, which will slice to 89% with a 34% slice.

That doesn't quite make sense to me.. i guess you mean after slicing.


40/67 (without janta) seems the best Tempest can do right now. I've gotten a few 90% base pieces with janta enhancements so far.
