Thread: Trick to keeping LS resist on PSGs?

Ok how is this done?
I have tried buying a single LS resist PSG from a vendor. As soon as I bought it, I opened my inventory to examine it - LS resist no longer showing.
I bought a crate of LS resist PSGs from a vendor. As soon as I bought it, I opened my inventory to examine the crate. The crate showed no LS resist any more. I pulled one from the crate and examined, it showed a LS resist. I went out of the mall, called my droid and put both the single LS resist PSG and the crate I had bought into my droid. I then went about my business, and logged out an hour or so later. Upon logging in again, I called my droid to check the PSG - no longer did it show LS resist.
What am I doing wrong? What is the trick to keeping the LS resist on PSGs?

Yep, have to use right away or drop it in an ADK right away..... unless that has changed in the last couple days.

It will lose the LS resists on the server reset. They used to do a reset once a day but I think that only happens once a week now. They should be fine as long as they are crated and you don't pop them till you are ready to rock n' roll.
Your best bet is to get a crate and pop one out, get it sliced and ADK it the morning after the server reset. Then you should be good for a week. Rinse and repeat.

The servers reset every tuesday, every thursday and every saturday.

Yeah, the ADK doesn't work - I sliced 40 PSG's to get some perfect slices and dropped ADK in 2 of them and at server reset it lost the LS resist

So i just carry a crate around for killin jedi until this is "fixed"

I would be interested in knowing ifthe crates that show LS resist in 'Details' when AS first makes them and puts them on the vendor, still showthis in 'Details' after server reset?
Does the vendor act as protection from loss?
Do the single PSGs in the crate still have LS resist, but the crate itself simply doesnt show it (as I mentioned above, when you purchase a crate that shows it and it doesnt show anymore upon entering your inventory, but when you pull singles they have the resist)?

The LS psg's do not show LS resits (these are imperial prototype PSG's). But when you pull them from a crate they do. When you go to log out stick them in a factory and there resists wont leave the only time they will leave is after server reset. (please excuse the typos i just woke up :smileyhappy

Like, I bought a crate right out of somebodys factory and it said LS RESIST. All was well. Stored it in my house and today I check and the crate does not show LS resist. If I pull a psg out will it show the LS resist? Im scared to touch it. But there still 49 base unsliced so if it did drop i still have nice psg's probly to last my entire life.

the ls resist will be on the next psg you pull from the crate, i believe the stats listed on the front of the crate are for the last one in the crate.. i carry a crate of 20 round with me and they show no ls resist.. pop one out of the crate and "woot" the ls resist is back.. slice it up equip and im good til its dead or til i log.. exactly the same with tantel armor. psgs i unequip and equip regularly after shuttling as sometimes the bastages refuse to work.. (showing nothing in the combat log)

Cool man. Ive heard of people dropping the anti decay kits in them. If you destroy the psg do the kits come back out or are you screwed?
