Thread: Getting to 70%+ base comp

I am trying to get to 70%+ base on comp armour using blast layers. Can anyone tell me what stats the layers should be and then the following advanced segments. I seem to be falling down at one stage and need to pinpoint it.

Your layers need to be at least 4% for base effectiveness. The segment should be 34% or higher to get 70%Base. If you still aren't getting 70%Base on your final product it's probably your final resources. Check your ore and solid petrochem since they affect the outcome the most. I've noticed that Solid Petro came swing things by 1-2% depending on the quality. (999 vs 900)

If ur willing to sacrafice enc. For the layers, jsut put eveyrthing you got into base, even if it doesntshow it going up, It makes a diff for when u put together the segments.. You'll need atleast 34% to get 70% base.

If your maxing base on layers, segs and final and cant reach 70% then plain and simply its your resources.
